Refund and Returns Policy
In order to provide users with high-quality services, safeguard the rights of buyers, maintain long-term cooperative relationships, and ensure the maximization of interests for both parties, Uwandy has clear and reasonable quality assurance policies, as detailed below:
1. Order Cancellation Deadline
When you cancel an order with Uwandy, there are four scenarios:
- Online orders
- Offline orders
- In-stock orders
- Production orders
For the cancellation deadlines of these four types of orders, please refer to the following:
1.1 Online Order Cancellation Deadline
When you register an account with Uwandy and submit an online order, the order status will be on hold. Our staff will contact you to discuss shipping charges. Once the shipping charges are confirmed, the order will be updated to pending payment. Before this, you can cancel the order unconditionally. If the order is in the processing state, it means we have already shipped the goods, and unconditional cancellation of the order is no longer supported.
1.2 Offline Order Cancellation Deadline
When you get in touch with Uwandy’s staff and place an order through offline invoice, please contact the staff member you are coordinating with to get the current status of the order. If the in-stock order has not been shipped or the production order has not started production, cancellation of the order is supported. Otherwise, unconditional cancellation of the order is no longer supported.
1.3 In-stock Order Cancellation Deadline
Once an in-stock order has been shipped, unconditional cancellation is no longer supported.
1.4 Production Order Cancellation Deadline
For production orders that have started production, unconditional cancellation is no longer supported. If the products you ordered are not heavily customized, cancellation can be negotiated. However, for heavily customized products, cancellation is not supported after payment.
2. Refund and Return Policy
When you receive products from Uwandy and encounter issues such as product damage, quality problems, or incorrect quantity, we have a clear refund and return policy.
2.1 Refund and Return Policy for In-Stock Products
- Product Damage: When the courier delivers the goods to you, please ensure to check the integrity of the package immediately. If the package is damaged, please take photos or record videos as evidence (the package must be shown together with the courier). The photos or videos must prove that the package was damaged during delivery by the courier (this is crucial for whether the refund/return application will be approved). Please send the evidence to the staff member you are coordinating with, or to [email protected]. We will review your application, and if it is approved, our staff will contact you to discuss replacement or refund.
- Product Quality: The tolerance of in-stock products is slightly lower than custom-made products. Before placing an order, please make sure to confirm whether the performance, tolerance, and coating of the in-stock products are suitable for you, or order samples for testing. We cannot offer replacement, refund, or return for issues related to the performance, size, or tolerance of in-stock products.
- Product Quantity: If the quantity of a small batch of products is insufficient, you can take photos and apply to Uwandy for additional order quantity. If the application is approved, Uwandy will send you the replenishment shipment, or refund the equivalent amount for the quantity not yet shipped.
2.2 Refund and Return Policy for Custom-Made Products
- Product Damage: When the courier delivers the goods to you, please ensure to check the integrity of the package immediately. - Product Quality: Before placing a custom-made order with Uwandy, it usually requires confirmation of a sample order and obtaining a First Article Inspection (FAI) report. For replacement, return, and refund of custom-made products, an FAI report must be provided to prove that the product quality does not meet the standards in the FAI. After approval, our staff will contact you to discuss replacement or refund. Orders that are not confirmed with a sample and have not obtained an FAI report are considered to have waived the quality assurance policy.
- Product Quantity: If the quantity of a small batch of products is insufficient, you can take photos and apply to Uwandy for additional order quantity. If the application is approved, Uwandy will send you the replenishment shipment, or refund the equivalent amount for the quantity not yet shipped.
