Frequently Asked Questions
About Orders
Yes. You can register an account and purchase the magnets you need online and pay directly. However, please note that the prices displayed on the website are ex-factory prices and do not include shipping costs. This is because we accept your chosen freight forwarder. If you have a freight forwarder in China, please provide the shipping address. Domestic shipping inland China is free of charge. If you use our company’s logistics services, please contact our staff and inform them of the type and quantity of magnets you wish to purchase. Our staff will provide the optimal logistics solution based on your needs. If you accept the logistics plan, we will update the shipping cost in the submitted order, which you can pay online or offline.
The shipping cost depends on your order and the logistics method chosen. Express shipping is the most expensive but also the fastest. Air freight is next in terms of cost. Land, sea, and rail transport are the most economical options, but they require a minimum weight (usually 25kg). Our long-term freight forwarder can provide us with express delivery, air freight, land transport, rail transport, and sea freight because they have long-standing partnerships with courier companies, airlines, trucking companies, shipping companies, and rail transport companies. Due to their large shipment volumes, these companies usually offer very competitive prices to our forwarder, which are often lower than directly going through the official companies. Additionally, the freight forwarder can handle customs declaration and clearance, making the logistics process simple and convenient.
Yes. The neodymium magnets shown on the page are in stock. After placing an order, they will be shipped out in approximately 3-5 business days. Depending on the logistics method (express, air freight, sea freight, rail transport, land transport, etc.) and the shipping address, the order will be delivered within 5-45 days.
If you need custom shapes or higher performance magnets, please go to the Get a Quote page to submit a form to us, or send an email to [email protected].
The neodymium magnets we can produce have the following performance characteristics:
- 80℃ temperature resistance series: N35, N38, N40, N42, N45, N48, N50, N52
- 100℃ temperature resistance series: N35M, N38M, N40M, N42M, N45M, N48M, N50M, N52M
- 120℃ temperature resistance series: N35H, N38H, N40H, N42H, N45H, N48H, N50H, N52H
- 150℃ temperature resistance series: N35SH, N38SH, N40SH, N42SH, N45SH, N48SH, N50SH
- 180℃ temperature resistance series: N35UH, N38UH, N40UH, N42UH
It depends on how your product uses neodymium magnets:
- If you are using the neodymium magnets for magnetic attraction and the objects are small with low pull force requirements, N35 will suffice.
- For applications such as motors that require temperature resistance and strong magnetic fields, we recommend choosing from the temperature-resistant series. We suggest conducting sample tests before placing bulk orders to ensure the appropriate encapsulation of samples.
- For products like magnetic couplings or sensors, we recommend testing samples with two different performance grades to find the most suitable one.
In summary, N52 is currently the strongest grade in terms of magnetic performance for neodymium magnets. However, this does not necessarily indicate the quality of the magnet. Typically, N52 material is twice as expensive as N35 material, but the increase in magnetic performance is not proportional to the price increase. Factors such as contact surface and the thickness of the ferromagnetic material being attracted will also affect the magnetic strength. Therefore, it is not necessary to choose N52 for the sake of having the best; the most suitable performance is the best choice.

About Neodymium Magnets
- Wear eye protection and gloves when working with magnets if necessary.
- Slide the magnets rather than pulling off the stack.
- Keep away magnets from kids in case accident happens.
- Keep away magnets from objects that might cause damage like smartphone, GPS, pacemaker or other electronic devices.
- Do not put magnets in high temperature environment, magnets will demagnetize while they are over heated.
- Magnets can rust and get scratched because magnets contain iron and mostly are nickel plated.
Common coatings include Zn, Nickel (NiCuNi 3 layers), and epoxy, which can meet most usage scenarios. Other available coatings include gold, silver, chrome, and copper.
Yes, there are temperature limitations for using neodymium magnets. The maximum operating temperatures are as follows:
- N series: 80℃
- M series: 100℃
- H series: 120℃
- SH series: 150℃
- UH series: 180℃
- EH series: 200℃
- AH series: 230℃
Neodymium magnets can be used briefly in humid environments, but prolonged exposure is not recommended. This is because uncoated neodymium magnets will rust in humid conditions, affecting their appearance and lifespan. Coated neodymium magnets can be used for short periods in humid environments. Typically, Zn-coated neodymium magnets can withstand up to 24 hours in a salt-spray test, NiCuNi-coated magnets up to 48 hours, and epoxy-coated magnets can exceed 200 hours in a salt spray test.
Sintered neodymium magnets are brittle and fragile. During the processing of neodymium magnets, one step involves sintering compressed NdFeB powder at around 1100℃ to form the rough blank. This process can result in microcracks and pores in the sintered blank, which reduces its ductility. Under stress, these flaws can propagate and lead to material fracture.
